Built by people who have listed companies

Exlayr is the technology arm of ASMX Group, founded in 2018 by David Bradley-Ward and Alex Benger. Before ASMX, the team funded private market debt online and built secondary trading to give those investors liquidity.

We built Exlayr because the tools for listing, trading and staying listed were slow, expensive and disconnected. Our focus is companies in the £20m to £300m market-cap range that larger platforms overlook.
